Become a Member
To become a member of Domino Credit Union, you must live, work, attend church, or attend school in Bowie, Cass, Marion, or Miller County. Two forms of identification from the lists below are required -- one from the primary list and one from the secondary list.
Primary ID:
Members must present us with a valid state-issued ID
- Driver’s License
- State ID Card
- Military ID (cannot be used for both primary and secondary ID)
- Unexpired Passport (cannot be used for both primary and secondary ID)
- Concealed Handgun License (cannot be used for both primary and secondary ID)
Secondary ID:
- Social Security Card
- Unexpired Passport (cannot be used for both primary and secondary ID) US Government ID
- Military ID (cannot be used for both primary and secondary ID)
- Concealed Handgun License (cannot be used for both primary and secondary ID)
- Birth Certificate
- Medicaid or Medicare Card
- Pay Stub w/Full SSN
- Credit Card with Full Name
- Official Transcript with Full SSN
- Voter's Registration Card
- Tax Return with Full SSN
